Traminette - This grape is new to NC. Fruity up front but finishes dry. Produces a citric flavor. $12.00
White Merlot- New to our tasting line-up is this 2010 vintage Merlot; suspicious light color, surprising crispness and very clean flavor. $13.00
Seyval Blanc - Subtle fruity taste. The seyval Blanc grape has been in North Carolina for a long time. Consistent and double yeasted. Pair this wine with pasta and white sauce. $12.00
Vidal Blanc - Not as fruity as Traminette but still yields a fruity taste. Crisp and refreshing. $13.00
Sisters of Satisfaction - Tropical and dry. Doubled yeasted with a blend of Pinot Gris, Seyval Blanc, Vidal Blanc and Sympony. $13.00
White Chambourcin American Style 2008 - This wine is made from red Chambourcin grapes that have been fermented off-the-skins to produce a light pink color and flavor with hints of strawberry. Best served well chilled. $11.00
White Chambourcin (French Style) -Made from the red Chambourcin grape. Has a clean taste...almost refreshing. This is a dry wine. $13.00
White Chambourcin (American Style) - This wine is also made from the red Chambourcin grape. Also fermented off-the-skins. Serve chilled. $12.00
Chambourcin 2008 - Has more of a fruity taste with a stronger smell. Pairs well with steak. $13.00
Norton - Unique flavor with hints of spices and ripe berry. Soft and supple and not tannic. $13.00
Grand Vista - An easy-to-drink blended red wine with low tannins and a smooth finish. Complex and round. Double Gold Medal winner at the NC State Fair. 76% Cabernet Franc and 24% Chambourcin. $13.00
Cabernet Franc - The Cabernet Franc grape produces a wine that is distinctly spicy, with robust flavors and tannic mouth-feel. This wine has recently started showing lower tannins and a softer nature. 2009 vintage (manly body - muy macho!) $14.00
Cabernet Franc 2010 - The excellent, dry ripening season has allowed the fruit to become extremely ripe, producing an unusually deep flavor structure showing a bit of tannin, much fruit and a soft lingering finish. $16.00
Chambourcin 2009 - True varietal character and very soft and pleasant for it's age. $14.00
Chambourcin 2010 - The very dry season caused the sugars to runn very high resulting in very concentrated fruit. Very velvety and buttery..."Our best yet." $16.00
Chambourcin (07) - More complex with deeper flavor. French oaked but not as woody as "08". $16.00
Cabernet Sauvignon - Full bodied and oaked with hints of pepper. $15.00
Vidal Blanc or Seyval Blanc - Both are dry and crisp (Brut style) $15.00
